Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 3


1 packet of noodles

3 boiled potatoes

1 cup boiled corn kernels

4 slices of bread

½ cup tomato sauce

1 cup grated carrots

1 cup long strips of onions

½ cup finely chopped capsicum/green bell pepper

1 teaspoon garlic paste

1 teaspoon ginger paste

4-5 finely chopped green chillies

2 teaspoon chaat masala


Oil for frying



Take a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes, crush bread slices-if need sprinkle 1-2 teaspoon of water but not too much otherwise it will soak more oil while frying, add corn, salt, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, ½ teaspoon of garlic paste, ginger paste, half green chillies and mix it well. Wet your hands and take about 2 teaspoon of mix and roll the balls into egg shape. Prepare all the balls.

Take kadai and heat oil. Deep fry all the balls. Put it on the paper napkin to remove excess oil.

Side by side take a pan and boil 1 ½ glass of water. Add noodles and masala and cook it till dry. Keep it aside.

Take a pan and heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Add onions and sauté it for about 2 minutes. Add carrots, half green chillies, ½ teaspoon of garlic paste, salt and cook it for 2 more minutes. Do not overcook it.

For serving- take a flat bowl, arrange noodles as a base, sprinkle carrot-onion mix, put 3-4 potato eggs and pour tomato sauce on top of it. You can add tomato sauce at per your choice.

Serve it immediately.
