Peas-Carrot Uttapam (Pancakes)

2 cup rava/semolina
1 cup peas
1 cup grated carrot
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon black salt
½ teaspoon ginger paste
3-4 finely chopped green chillies
Soak semolina for 15 minutes. Add salt and make thick batter.
Blanch peas, drain water and keep it aside.
Take a bowl. Add peas, grated carrot, salt, pepper, black salt, ginger, green chillies. Mix all the vegetables well.
Take non-stick tawa or griddle. Add very little olive oil, pour semolina batter and spread it evenly, sprinkle vegetables and slightly press it. Put some oil on the top also and cook it on both the sides on a low flame.
Serve it hot with tomato sauce, tomato-garlic chutney or juice.
