![]() Radish Yellow Gram Fritters Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Soaking Time: 2 hours Serves: 3 Ingredients 1 cup yellow gram(moong dal) 1 cup grated radish/muli 2 tablespoon powdered sugar 1 tablespoon ginger paste 2 tablespoon green chillies paste 1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves ¼ cup besan/gram flour 1 tablespoon chat masala 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt Oil for frying ½ cup green chutney ½ cup tomato ketchup Method Remove excess water from radish by squeezing and keep it aside. (Don’t throw away the water) Soak yellow gram for 2 hours. Drain water, add coriander leaves and make a coarse paste. Add 2-3 teaspoons of water(radish water) if necessary. Take a bowl. Add yellow gram paste, radish, sugar, salt, lemon juice, chat masala, ginger and green chillies paste and mix it well. Add gram flour gradually and mix it well to make soft dough. If it is very soft add more flour. Take a pan and heat oil. Grease your hand with oil. Take about 2 teaspoon of mixture and make a ball and either make round tikki or shape it into a square or rectangle. Deep fry into batches till it is light brown and crispy.
