Rock Toast

Serves:  2



6-8 slices of bread

1 ½  cup rava (suji)

4-5 chopped onions

5-6 chopped tomatoes


5-6 finely chopped green chillies

2 tsp of malai

½ cup of oil and ghee mix



Finely chop onions, tomatoes and green chillies. Take rava in a bowl. Add onions, tomatoes, green chillies, malai and salt. Mix  things well in a bowl. Add 1-2 tsp of water if needed. Mixture should be very thick.

Now take a slice a bread. Apply this mixture with a spoon.

Take a pan, put some oil/ghee mix on the pan and put the slice of bread on it and toast it till it is light brown. Apply oil/ghee on the top and turn upside down and toast it till its light brown on low flame otherwise it will burn from top and will remain half cooked from within.

Put it in a plate and cut it into 2 triangles. Serve it with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
