Method Cut idlis into long strips. Take oil in a pan and get it hot. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves. Add ginger-garlic-green chillies paste and stir it for 2-3 minutes. Add spinach puree and again stir it for 5-6 minutes on low flame. After 5-6 minutes add cut idlis. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve it hot with tomato ketch up. |
