Veggie Noodles in Coconut Milk

Veggie Noodles in Coconut Milk

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Serves; 4


1 packet of spaghetti noodles

½ cup julienne of onions

1 cup peas

½ cup chopped carrots

2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 cup coconut milk

5-6 basil leaves


2 tablespoon butter


Take a pan and heat butter. Add onions and sauté it till it turns translucent. Add peas, carrots, salt and sauté it for a minute. Add 1 glass of water, close the lid and cook it till it is half done.

Add coconut milk, noodles, pepper, basil leaves and cook it till it is done.

Serve it immediately.

You can garnish it with cheese and add more vegetables of your choice.
