250 grams green beans/chori

2 Boiled potatoes

3 Tomatoes

1 tsp Black salt (Sanchal)

1 tsp Chaat Masala

4-5 tsp Green Chutney

4-5 tsp Tamarind-date chutney


Besan sev for garnishing



Take pressure cooker, add 2 small glasses of water and boil it. Cut potatoes into half and put it in the boiling water along with finely chopped beans. Close the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles. Let the cooker cool. Take out potatoes and beans and let it cool slightly. Separate potatoes and beans. Peel the skin of the potatoes and cut into small pieces.

Cut tomatoes into small pieces. Mix it with beans and potatoes. Add salt, black pepper, chaat masala and mix well.

Drizzle green chutney and tamarind chutney

Sprinkle sev (gramflour), coriander and serve it.
