![]() Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 8 rotis/tortillas 1 cup boiled chickpeas (white) 1 cup shredded cabbage ½ cup grated carrot 1 cup tomato slices ½ cup julienne of capsicum/bell pepper ¼ cup tomato ketchup/sauce 1 teaspoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon chaat masala ½ cup grated cheese/paneer Salt 1 teaspoon oil Method Take a pan and heat oil. Add cabbage, carrot and sauté it for 2-3 minutes. Don’t overcook, it should remain slightly crunchy. Add capsicum, salt, chaat masala, pepper and sauté it for about a minute. Add boiled chickpeas, lemon juice and mix it well. Switch off the gas stove. Take rotis, turn upside down and apply about ½ teaspoon of tomato ketchup. Put about 2 teaspoon of vegetable mix, tomato slices and cheese or paneer and fold it from bottom and then sides. Serve it with any refreshments. |
