Preparation Time: 20 minutes
1/4 cup capsicum
3 teaspoon green chutney
3 teaspoon date-tamarind chutney
2 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Take pressure cooker, add 2 small glasses of water and boil it. Cut potatoes into half and put it in the boiling water. Close the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles. Let the cooker cool. Take out potatoes and let it cool slightly. Peel the skin and cut into small pieces.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
