Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 3


3 potatoes

2 tomatoes

1/4 cup capsicum

3 teaspoon green chutney

3 teaspoon date-tamarind chutney


2 teaspoon chaat masala

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Coriander leaves for garnishing



Take pressure cooker, add 2 small glasses of water and boil it. Cut potatoes into half and put it in the boiling water. Close the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles. Let the cooker cool. Take out potatoes and let it cool slightly. Peel the skin and cut into small pieces.

Cut tomatoes and capsicum into small pieces. Add salt, chaat masala, lemon juice, pepper, green chutney, date-tamarind chutney and mix it well.

Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
