Rajma Cones

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 4


8 rotis/chappatis

2 cup boiled rajma beans

½ cup finely chopped spring onions

½ cup finely chopped tomatoes

½ cup finely chopped capsicum

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon black salt

1 teaspoon ajwain


½ teaspoon oil



Heat  oil in a pan and add ajwain. Add spring onions and sauté it for 1-2 minutes.  Add tomatoes, capsicum, salt, pepper, black salt and sauté it for 2-3 minutes more. Add rajma beans and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Take a roti and make a cone by folding  it into half and then again half. Fill in rajma mix and serve it hot.
