Rava Coins Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 3 Ingredients 1 cup rava/suji 1 cup carrot puree 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 1 cup corn kernels 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum 1 teaspoon green chillies-ginger paste 1 teaspoon schezwan sauce 1 teaspoon red chilly sauce 1 teaspoon oregano Salt to taste 2 teaspoon oil Method Boil carrot, add 1/2 cup water and make puree. Take a pan. Add carrot puree, salt, green chillies-ginger paste and let it come to boil. Add roasted rava and mix it well. Cook it on a low flame for about 2-3 minutes. Let it cool slightly. Wet your hands, take 1 teaspoon of rava mix and make small patties like coins. Keep it aside. Take another pan and heat oil. Add onions and saute it for about a minute. Add corn kernels, capsicum, salt, schezwan sauce, red chilly sauce, oregano, salt, mix it and cook it for a minute. Add 1/2 glass of water and let it cool to boil. Add rava coins and mix it well.
