Spinach Dill Pancakes

Serves: 4


3 cup rava/semolina

2 cup finely chopped spinach

1/2 cup finely chopped dill

1 teaspoon ginger paste

2 tablespoon green chillies paste

1 teaspoon chat masala




Add 1/2 glass of water to spinach leaves and blend it to make puree.

Take a bowl. Add rava, spinach puree, dill, ginger paste, green chillies paste, chat masala, salt and mix it well. Add water as per the need to make thick batter.

Take tawa and heat it. Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil and pour 1 ladle of batter and spread it evenly to make a pancake. Cook it on both the sides on medium flame till it is light brown. Add 1/4 teaspoon oil on other side if necessary.

Prepare all the pancakes in this way.

Serve it with chutney or tomato ketchup.
