Method Boil rice, drain water and keep it aside. Par boil carrots, add 1/4 cup water and blend it to make puree. Take a pan and heat ghee. Add carrot puree, salt, pepper and cook it for about 1-2 minutes. Add capsicum and cook it for about 2 more minutes. Add rice and mix it well. Cook for about 1-2 minutes so that it mixes well.
