Method Soak chickpeas overnight or 7-8 hours. Pressure cook chickpeas for 4 whistles. Drain the water. Take a pan and heat oil. Add green chillies, green garlic, spring onions and sauté it for about 3-4 minutes. Add salt, red chilly powder, chickpeas and sauté it for 2 more minutes. Add rice and mix it well. Cook it for 1-2 minutes so that everything mixes well. Serve it hot with soup, curd or just like that. |
