![]() Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 2 cup rice 1 cup boiled peas 1 cup boiled and chopped potatoes 1 cup coriander paste ¼ cup green chillies paste ¼ cup lemon grass 1 tablespoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 4 teaspoon butter Salt Method Soak rice for about 20-30 minutes. Take a vessel. Add rice and lemon grass and boil it. Don’t cook rice fully as it will be cooked again. Drain it in a colander. Remove lemon grass. Take a pan and heat butter. Add chopped potatoes and saute it. Add peas, green chillies paste, garlic paste, black pepper, salt and mix it well. Add coriander paste and cook it for about 1-2 minutes. If it is too thick add about 2 teaspoon of water. Add rice and mix it well. Cook it for about 2 minutes on low flame.
