Rice Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Serves: 3 Ingredients 2 cup boiled rice 1 cup boiled corn kernels ½ cup finely chopped onions ½ cup finely chopped capsicum/bell pepper ½ cup finely chopped green chillies 2 teaspoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 teaspoon lemon juice Salt 2 teaspoon butter/oil
Method Take a pan and heat butter or oil. Add garlic paste and green chillies. Stir it for 2-3 times and then add onions. Saute it for 3-4 minutes till it slightly changes its colour. Add capsicum, salt, pepper, lemon juice, corn kernels and sauté for 2-3 minutes more. Add rice, mix it well and cook it for 4-5 minutes on a low flame. Serve it hot. |
