![]() Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Serves: 3 Ingredients 2 cup basmati rice 2 teaspoon cumin seeds Salt 3 teaspoon ghee Method Soak the rice for about half an hour. Take a pan and heat ghee. Add cumin seeds and stir for 3-4 times. Add rice and gently stir it. Add water, close the lid and let it simmer on low flame till it is done. Separate it with a fork. Serve it hot with any curry. You can also add onions and cashew nuts if you like it. Saute onions in ghee and then add rice. |
