![]() Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes Serves: 3 Ingredients 2 cup cooked rice ½ cup finely chopped carrots 1 cup finely chopped onions ½ cup finely chopped capsicum/bell peppers 1 cup finely chopped apples ½ cup grapes ½ cup orange segments 1 teaspoon garlic paste Salt 1 tablespoon butter Method Take a pan and heat butter. Add onions, garlic paste and sauté it till it turns translucent. Add carrots, capsicum and sauté it for 3-4 minutes. Finally, add apples and sauté it for a minute or two.
