Ingredients

2 cup boiled rice

Salt

2 lemons

2 tablespoon ginger-green chillies paste

½  teaspoon turmeric powder

2 teaspoon oil

½ cup olives

Oil

 

Method

While boiling the rice,add 1 teaspoon salt and ½  teaspoon turmeric powder.Before draining add lemon and leave it for about 2-3 minutes. Drain it.

Take a kadai (wok) and heat oil. Add garlic-green chillies paste and stir it for 2-3 times. Add rice, olives, salt , half lemon and mix it slowly with big spatula so that it doesn’t break. Do not add too much salt as it is already added while boiling rice.

Serve it hot with dal makhani or any curry.
