Spaghetti Pulav

Serves:  4


1 cup boiled spaghetti

2 cup boiled rice

1 capsicum

1 cup tomato puree

1 onion

1 teaspoon garlic paste

1 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoon oil

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon spring onions finely chop for garnishing



Boil rice and drain it. Boil spaghetti and drain it, pour some cold water on it so that it remains separate. Finely chop onion and capsicum.

Take a kadai (wok) and heat the oil. Add garlic paste, onions and sauté for some time till it changes its colour. Add capsicum and sauté for some more time. After 2-3 minutes add tomato puree, salt and pepper and stir it properly.  Finally, add rice and mix it properly and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish it with spring onions and serve hot.
