Method Take bajri and wheat flour. Add salt, fenugreek leaves, ginger-garlic-green chillies paste, oil and knead it into a dough. Make small balls. Heat tawa and cook parathas on both the sides smearing with oil. Serve it hot with pickle/achar or curd. |
