Bajri-Garlic-Onion Roti

Ingredients

2 cup bajri flour (pearl millet)

1 cup wheat flour

2 cup finely chopped spring onions

1 cup finely chopped green garlic

1 teaspoon pepper

Salt

Oil

Ghee/clarified butter

 

Method

Mix both the flour. You can change the proportion as per your liking. Add salt, pepper, spring onions, green garlic, oil and knead dough.

Make small balls and roll the rotis of about 6 inches diameter. Take tawa and roast roti on both the sides. Apply ghee.

Serve it hot with garlic curd
