Cheese Sesame Paratha

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 5


2 cups wheat flour

1 1/2 cup grated cheese

2 teaspoon black sesame seeds

2 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies(optional)

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper




Take a bowl. Add flour, cheese, sesame seeds, green chillies, black pepper, salt, 2 tablespoon of oil and mix it well. Add water as per the need and knead dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes

Make small balls from the dough. Dip into dry flour and roll parathas of about 3-4 inches diameter.

Take tawa/griddle and cook it on both the sides smearing with oil. Prepare all the parathas in the same way.

Serve it immediately with chutney or curd raita.
