Method Take flour in a bowl, add coriander leaves, cumin seeds, salt, oil and knead dough. Leave it aside for 30-40 minutes. Make small balls from the dough. Roll the rotis of about 4 inches diameter. Take a tawa/griddle and roast it on both the sides till light brown spots appear. Remove tawa from the gas stove and put roti directly on the flame and roast it. Take it down and apply ghee/butter on it. The smell of coriander gives a different flavour to roti. Serve it hot with red chilly sweet chutney, curry or vegetables. |
