![]() Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 2 cup wheat flour 3 tablespoon rava/suji/semolina 1 cup finely chopped fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup curd 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder Salt Oil for frying Method Take a bowl. Add wheat flour, salt, cumin powder, garlic paste and mix it well. Add 2 tablespoon of oil and fenugreek leaves and mix it well. Add curd and mix it to knead dough. Add water as per the need. Take a pan and heat oil. Make very small balls. Roll small puris and deep fry in oil in small batches. Prepare all puris in same way. Serve it immediately with curd or curry. |
