![]() Koki (Onion Paratha) Sindhi Style
Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 3 Ingredients 2 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander 1/4 cup finely chopped green chillies 1 teaspoon slightly crushed cumin seeds Salt 2 tablespoon oil Ghee or oil for cooking Method Take a bowl. Add flour, onions, coriander, green chillies, salt, cumin seeds, oil and mix it well. Add water and knead dough. Dough should be hard, otherwise it will be difficult to roll it. Make small balls, dip in flour and roll the parathas of about 4 to 5 inch diameter. Take a tawa/griddle and cook parathas on both the sides smearing it with oil or ghee. Serve it immediately with curd, raita or pickle. |
