Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 3 Ingredients 3 cup wheat flour 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder 1 teaspoon ajwain Salt Oil Ghee
Method Take a bowl. Add wheat flour, salt, cumin powder, ajwain, oil and knead into dough. Make 8 equal balls. Roll into thick bhakhris. Take a tawa and put the bhakhri on it and cook it on both the sides smearing it with ghee.Cook it on a low flame till it is crispy. Serve it hot with garlic curd and achaar. |
