Mint Paratha

Mint Paratha is a healthy food. Combination of mint, green chilli and beetroot raita gives pungent and cool taste. Good for children too. You can have it with variety of dips in breakfast or as Main course.

Mint Paratha

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

2 cup wheat flour

1 cup finely chopped mint leaves

3-4 finely chopped green chillies

Salt

Oil

 

Method

Take a bowl. Add flour, mint leaves, green chillies, salt, oil and knead dough.

Make 10-12 small balls. Roll the balls in flour and roll the paratha of about 5-6 inch diameter.

Take non-stick tawa and cook it on both the sides smearing with oil. Prepare all the parathas in same way.

Serve it hot with beetroot raita.
