Method Take a bowl. Add all the flours, salt, pepper, sesame seeds, oil and knead dough. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Make small balls from the dough. Roll it in the plain flour and roll the roti of about 4-5 inches diameter. Take non-stick tawa/griddle, cook it on both the sides and apply ghee.
