8-10 roasted udad papads(papadums)

2 tsp powdered sugar

1 tsp red chilly powder

½ tsp garam masala

2 cup wheat flour

Salt to taste




Take wheat flour, add salt and oil and knead it. Roast papads and crush it with hands and make a mixture. Add sugar, red chilly powder, garam masala and mix it well. Don't add salt as papads are already salty.

Make small balls and press it from the top. Put 1-1 ½ tsp of mix in the center and roll it in whatever shape you like. Papads will stick on the paratha.

Take a tawa and cook the parathas on both the sides smearing it with oil.

Serve it hot with curd or green chutney
