Peas Dill Parathas

1½ cup wheat flour

1 cup peas

½ cup chopped onions

2 tablespoon chopped dill leaves

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon chat masala

1 tablespoon green chillies paste




Take wheat flour, add salt, oil and mix it well. Add water as per the need and knead dough.

Take peas, onions and grind it coarsely. Take a bowl. Add peas mixture, dill, chat masala, green chillies, lemon juice, salt and mix it well.

Make small balls from dough. Dip into flour and roll roti of about 2 inch diameter. Put 2 teaspoon of peas stuffing and roll it from all the sides and cover it. Again, dip into flour and roll the paratha of about 3-4 inch diameter.

Take non-stick tawa and cook it on both the sides smearing with oil. Prepare all the parathas in same way.

Serve it hot with curd or pickle.
