Potato Paratha
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4

3 cup wheat flour
4 boiled potatoes
1 finely chopped onion
3 finely chopped green chillies
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Take wheat flour, add salt, oil and knead it into a soft dough. Mash boiled potatoes.
Take a pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil, green chillies, onions and saute it for a minute or two. Add potato mash, salt, cinnamon powder, garam masala, lemon juice and mix it well.
Take dough and make small balls. Roll the ball and put the stuffing into the center. Fold from all the sides and roll it again about 5 inches diameter. Take tawa and cook it on both the sides smearing it with oil till it is of light brown colour. 
Serve it hot with vegetable raita and onions.
