![]() Sprouted Moong Paratha Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 3 Ingredients 1 1/2 cup wheat flour 1 cup sprouted moong 1 teaspoon ginger paste 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala Salt Oil Method Steam sprouted moong for 4-5 minutes and keep aside. Take a bowl. Add flour, moong, ginger-garic paste, chaat masala, salt and mix it well. Add oil and mix. Add water and knead dough. Grease the dough with oil and keep it for 5-10 minutes. Make 10-12 small balls. Roll the balls in flour and roll the paratha of about 5-6 inch diameter. Take non-stick tawa and cook it on both the sides smearing with oil on medium flame. Prepare all the parathas in the same way. Serve it with curd or chutney. |
