![]() Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 2 cup wheat flour ¼ cup rajghara flour (amaranth flour) ½ cup grated carrots ½ cup shredded cabbage ½ cup grated bottle gourd 3 tablespoon ginger paste 2 tablespoon garlic paste 4-5 finely chopped green chillies Salt Oil Method Take a bowl, add wheat flour, rajghara flour, salt and mix it well. Add carrots, cabbage, bottle gourd, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, oil and mix it well. Add water and knead dough. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes. If you are in a hurry you can use it immediately also. Knead the dough properly and make small balls. Roll in the flour and roll parathas of about 4-5 inch diameter. Take non-stick tawa/griddle and cook it on both the sides smearing with oil. Serve it immediately with curd or chutney.
