Vegetable Stuffed Phulchas/Kulchas

3 cup wheat flour

½ cup grated carrots

½ cup shredded cabbage

1-2 finely chopped green chillies

3 teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves



Clarified butter /butter



Take wheat flour, add salt, oil and knead into dough. Keep it aside for about 30-40 minutes.

Take carrot, cabbage, green chilly, coriander leaves, salt and mix it well.

Make small balls from dough. Roll the roti from the dough. Make such two small rotis.

Spread the stuffing on one roti and cover it with other. Roll it again into big roti of about 5-6 inch diameter. 

Take tawa/griddle and heat it on high. Cook on both the sides till light brown spots appear. Now take it out from tawa, remove tawa from the gas stove and put it directly on the flame, roast in on both the sides just for few seconds and take it out. 

Put it in the dish and apply ghee/butter on it. Serve it hot with curd or cucumber raita (yogurt dip)
