Method Take a pan and heat oil. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle. Add asafoetida, green chillies paste and stir it for 2-3 times. Add carrots, cauliflower florets and mix it well. Add little salt and water and let it cook till it is half done. Close the lid and let it cook. Add more water if necessary. Add grated ginger, lemon juice, spinach puree and cook it till it is done. Add more water as per the consistency of gravy you want. . Serve it with roti, paratha or rice. |
