![]() Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 4 big potatoes 2 cups spinach puree 3-4 green chillies 2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon pepper Salt 1 tablespoon butter Method Boil potatoes and cut into small pieces. Take a pan and heat butter. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and stir it for 3-4 times. Add spinach puree and cook it for about 4-5 minutes. Add salt, pepper potatoes and cook it for about 8-10 minutes on a low flame. Add water if puree is too thick. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot. |
