Method Cut guavas into small pieces. Take pan and heat oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafetida and tomato gravy. Add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin seeds and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Add guava pieces and cook it for 5 more minutes. Serve it hot with rotis or parathas. It can be used even as jain food. It is very easy and quick to make and very tasty. If you are cooking for vrat then avoid using mustard seeds. |
