Minty Potatoes

Serves: 3

Ingredients

12 baby potatoes

1 cup finely chopped mint leaves

1 teaspoon garam masala(all spice)

1 teaspoon green chillies paste

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Salt

2 tablespoon oil


Method

Boil potatoes for 3 whistles. Add little salt while boiling. Peel the skin and keep it aside.

Take a pan and heat oil. Add cumin seeds and green chillies and stir it for 2-3 times. Add mint leaves, salt, garam masala, black pepper and mix it. Add potatoes and mix it again.

Let it cook on low flame for about 5 minutes, stirring it occasionally.

Serve it with roti or parathas.
