Method Par boil potatoes and peel the skin. Take half coconut, cut into small pieces. Take 1 glass of water and boil it. Add the water to coconut pieces and leave it for about 15 minutes. Put it in the mixture and make coconut gravy. Take kadai and heat oil. Add sesame seeds, ginger-green chillies paste and stir it for 2-3 times. Add potatoes and cook it for about 2 minutes. Add salt, coconut gravy and cook it for about 8-10 minutes. If the gravy is too thick then add some more water. If you like more spicy then you can add more green chillies. Serve it hot with roti or parathas. |
