![]() Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Serves: 3 Ingredients 4 cup finely chopped spinach leaves 2 cup chopped tomatoes 1 cup chopped onions 5-6 cloves of garlic 3 teaspoon fresh cream 1 cup coarsely grounded peanuts 2 teaspoon red chilly powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds 2 teaspoon oil Method Take tomatoes, onions, garlic and blend it in the mixer to make tomato gravy. Take a pan and heat oil. Add cumin seeds, tomato gravy and cook it for about 2-3 minutes. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, spinach leaves, half glass of water and cook it for about 3-4 minutes till the spinach starts getting soft. Add coarsely grounded peanuts, close the lid and cook it on a low flame, stirring occasionally for about 3-4 minutes. Serve it hot with bread, roti or paratha. |
