After 15 minutes, sieve flour by pressing it lightly on the sieve.
Heat remaining ghee in frying pan, fry gum and keep it aside. Crush it when it cools.
In that ghee sauté flour on a medium flame till it turns light brown. Add all the spices, khoya and sauté for about 2-3 minutes. Add sugar and mix it well, stir constantly till ghee leaves the sides of the pan.
Grease the tray, pour the mixture in the tray. Garnish it with almonds and cashew nuts.
Let it cool for about 1 hour till it completely cools. Cut into small pieces and store it in an air tight container.
