Apple Pudding

Apple Pudding

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Setting Time: 4-5 hours

Serves: 3


4 apples

2 cup sugar

2 cup cornflakes

1 teaspoon cinnamon

4 teaspoon fresh cream



Peel the skin of apples and cut into small slices.

Take cornflakes, add 1 cup sugar and grind it in the mixer.

Take remaining sugar in a pan, add 2-3 teaspoon water and make sugar syrup. Add apples and stir it for about 2-3 minutes till it caramelizes.

Take a bowl. Take half cornflakes mix and spread it in the bottom of the bowl. Spread apples mix on it to make the second layer. Make the last layer by spreading the remaining cornflakes mix on the top.

Take fresh cream, add 3 teaspoon of powdered sugar and mix it well.

Keep the bowl in the refrigerator for about 4-5 hours till it sets. Serve it cold.
