1 litre milk
½ cup beetroot paste
½ cup khoya
3 teaspoon tapkir/arrowroot powder
2 teaspoon cardamom powder
6 tablespoon sugar
Grated almonds and pistachio for garnishing
Take 2 cup milk, beetroot paste, khoya, sugar and mix it well in the mixer or with a blender. Add tapkir in ½ cup of milk, add to beetroot mix, remaining milk and mix it again with a blender.
Take microwave safe bowl. Bowl should be of the double size as the milk will come out when boiled. Put it in the oven for 4 minutes. Take it out and mix it well with a blender. Add cardamom powder. Again put it in the oven for 2 minutes.
Keep it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Garnish it with almonds and pistachio and serve it cold.
