Besan Dry Fruits Ladoos

Besan Dry Fruit Ladoos

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 3

Ingredients

1 ¼ cup besan/Bengal gram flour

3/4 cup powdered sugar

½ cup ghee/clarified butter

½ cup chopped dry fruits(your choice)

1 teaspoon cardamom powder


Method

Take a pan and heat ghee. Roast besan till it becomes pink colour and leaves the aroma. Add dry fruits and roast it for a minute or two. Switch off the gas stove. Add cardamom powder, sugar and mix it well.

Let it cool slightly. Make small balls and roll it into a ladoo. Make all the ladoos and let it cool completely.

Store it in an air tight container.
