Bread Rabadi

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 4


Ingredients

1 litre milk

4 slice of bread

6 tablespoon of sugar

¼ teaspoon saffron

½ teaspoon elaichi

2 teaspoon of almonds sliced

2 teaspoon of pistachio sliced

Method

Take a big microwave safe bowl. Put bread slices into it and pour the milk on it. Add sugar to it and put it in the microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Take it out after 5 minutes and mix it well with a blender. Add saffron and elaichi and again put in the microwave for 5 minutes. Take it out and mix it again if necessary with a blender. Now the rabadi is ready. If it is too thick then you can add some milk. Garnish it with pista(pistachio) and badam (almonds) and put it in the refrigerator to cool.

You can serve it hot or cold as per your liking.
