Method Take microwave safe bowl and add carrot, bread slices, sugar and milk. Bowl should be of the double size as the milk will come out when boiled. Put it in the oven for 7 minutes. Take it out and mix it well with a blender. Again put it for 2 minutes. Let it cool. Garnish it with cardamom powder and pistachio. You can serve it hot or cold. |
