Method Take a bowl. Add maida, sugar, chocolate powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix it well. Add melted butter and knead soft dough. Add milk if you think the dough is hard. Cover the dough in plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Take it out and make small balls. Press it slightly to make the cookies. Take few chocolate chips and sprinkle on all the cookies and press it slightly. Take a baking tray and grease it. Put the cookies on the tray. Put the tray in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Pre heat oven, bake at 200 degree C for 25-30 minutes, or till it is done. After 25 minutes check it by inserting the knife in it, if it comes out clean then it is ready, if not then bake for 5-7 minutes more. Bake it till it is light brown and crispy. Bake it in batches. Let it cool properly. Store it in an air tight container. |
