Cocoa Walnut Cake (Microwave)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
1 cup maida/all purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
4 tablespoon curd
2 teaspoon cocoa powder
3 tablespoon drinking chocolate
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Take a bowl, add maida, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate and sieve it.
Take another bowl, add curd, baking soda and mix it. Keep it aside.
Take a pan, add 1/4 cup of water, boil it, add butter and sugar and mix it well.
Add flour and curd mixture into it. Add vanilla essence and mix it lightly. There
should not be any lumps.
Take a microwave safe bowl/dish and grease it. Pour the batter into it.
Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Remove from the microwave and allow the cake to rest for about 5 minutes.
Unmould, cut into pieces and serve immediately.
Note: Instead of walnuts you can add nuts of your choice also.
