Custard Apple Halwa

Custard Apple Halwa

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 4


2 cup custard apple pulp

1 cup rava/semolina

2 cup milk

1 ½ cup sugar

2 teaspoon cardamom powder

3 tablespoon ghee/clarified butter

Nuts for garnishing


Take out custard apple pulp and blend it properly.

Take a pan and heat ghee. Add rava and roast it till it turns light brown. Add custard apple pulp, milk and mix it well. Add sugar, cardamom powder and roast it till ghee leaves the sides.

Garnish it with nuts and serve it immediately.
